I can speak with authority about aspects of water, energy, and transportation in the West, and I can also speak with expertise about trends in mountain towns of the North American West. My rates are negotiable.
Since 2003, I have had an avid interest in the science of climate change, especially as it relates to North America. That study has led me to conclude that the United States badly needs to embrace a tax on atmospheric pollution by carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases.
In a 26-minute speech now given to about 10 different audiences in Colorado and Wyoming, I blend personal experience, my study of the science of climate change while making the case for a dumping fee, if you will, on carbon. You can see one iteration of my speech on YouTube
